As we gather information about our ancestors, we will be listing the cemeteries which became their final resting places in the new world. Some are beautifully maintained by church communities; ohers are falling into disrepair. Time and environmental damage are eroding--or have already eroded-- the inscriptions on many of these stones. Other graves are unmarked because the families of immigrant Rusyn miners and mill workers could not afford a stone or monument to commemorate the hard life that had ended.
